Personally speaking, PFDavAdmin is not the best way to manage exchange permissions.
There is a tool called security explorer for exchange that is a much more advanced solution but still easy to use.
I can manage permissions on public folders, administrative groups and storage groups.
I don't normally recommend a lot of products but this one I do.
